Frequently Asked Questions

Why doesn't Planty save passwords copied from 1Password or Apple Passwords?

This is an intentional security safeguard. Planty respects standard macOS pasteboard privacy markers (org.nspasteboard.ConcealedType) and automatically excludes password managers such as 1Password, Bitwarden, Apple Passwords, and KeePass.

Does Planty work on Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) and Intel Macs?

Yes. Planty is built as a Universal binary running natively with zero translation overhead on both Apple Silicon and Intel-based Macs running macOS 14 Sonoma or macOS 15 Sequoia.

Can I use Planty across multiple Macs with my Lifetime Pro purchase?

Yes! Family Sharing and multi-Mac usage under the same Apple Account are fully supported via Apple StoreKit 2. Simply click 'Restore Purchases' on your other Macs.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed securely by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple Account.
